EEU extends validity period of anti-dumping duty on hot-rolled angle steel from Ukraine

On May 25, 2022, the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) decided to extend the validity period of anti-dumping duty on hot-rolled angle steel originating in Ukraine to March 8, 2023 (inclusive), with the tax rate remaining unchanged at 37.89%. The measures will take effect after 30 calendar days since the announcement, but no earlier than July 3, 2022.
The products involved are low alloy and alloy hot-rolled equal angle steel with a flange (carbon-containing) width of 20mm to 200mm, involving the products under tax numbers 7216 21 000 0, 7216 40 100 0, 7216 50 100 0, 7216 50 990 0 and 7228 70 100 0, excluding corrosion-resistant hot-rolled angle steel.
