Peru reports higher copper, tin and molybdenum production in Q1

Peru's production of copper, tin and molybdenum increased for the first three months of 2022 compared to the comparable period last year, according to Ministry of Energy and Mines (Minem).
Minem specified that copper production during the first quarter of 2022 registered a rise of 4.2% owing to the higher volume achieved by Antamina, Cerro Verde, and Las Bambas.
The production of tin and molybdenum in the first quarter showed a year-on-year increase of 6% and 2.1% respectively.
