Bayi Iron & Steel's steel products exports to Belt and Road countries up by 50% YOY

As of the end of November, Bayi Iron & Steel Group's exports of steel products increased by about 50% YOY to countries that have joined the Belt and Road Initiative.
Due to COVID-19, steel products exports and imports both slumped this year. According to Urumqi Customs, Xinjiang exported 238,370 tonnes of steel products in the first ten months of this year, down by 6% from the comparable period of past year, and imports were 28,935 tonnes, down by 89.1% YOY.
