GEM's subsidiary Green Tungsten Resource Recycling to increase shares

Recently, GEM announced that its fully owned subsidiary Jingmen GEM New Materials's subsidiary Hubei Green Tungsten Resource Recycling Co., Ltd. plans to absorb more investment by increasing shares. Upon payment of new investment of RMB418 million (USD65.60 million), GEM will hold a 53.62% stake in Green Tungsten Resource Recycling via Jingmen GEM New Materials, down by previous 100%.
Green Tungsten Resource Recycling focuses upon recycling of used cemented carbide and tungsten metal scrap, production and selling of tungsten powder materials and APT, and export of recycled tungsten products.
