Roshow Technology injects 200 million yuan in Hefei Roshow Semiconductor

Roshow Technology announced that the company signed a capital increase agreement with Changfeng Tetrahedron and Hefei Roshow Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd. on October 29, 2021. The agreement promised to increase the registered capital of 200 million yuan (31.24 million US dollars) to Hefei Roshow Semiconductor and the company subscribed to the newly registered capital of 150 million yuan (23.45 million US dollars), while Changfeng Tetrahedron subscribed to the newly registered capital of 50 million yuan (7.82 million US dollars). Other two shareholders of Hefei Roshow Semiconductor waived pre-emption right. After the completion of the capital increase, the company holds 50.98% equity of Hefei Roshow Semiconductor, which has become Roshow Technology's holding subsidiary.
