CSRC to determine Tongguan Copper Foil's IPO on ChiNext

China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) will hold a meeting on August 19 to decide whether to approve the initial public offering (IPO) of Anhui Tongguan Copper Foil Group Co., Ltd. on the ChiNext board, according to an announcement by Shenzhen Stock Exchange on August 12.
As of the signing of the prospectus, Tongguan Copper Foil has a total annual production capacity of 45,000t of electronic copper foils, including 25,000t of PCB copper foil and 20,000t of lithium battery copper foil, two core business drivers of the company.
