Jia Yuan Technology to acquire 100% equity and assets of Shandong Xinliyuan

Jia Yuan Technology announced that it plans to acquire 100% equity and all assets of Shandong Xinliyuan Copper Foil Technology Co., Ltd. with its own money. The total consideration (Inc-VAT) for the 100% stake in the target company is RMB104,940,420 (USD16,202,801). The deal won't result in major asset restructuring and it is in line with the company's long-term developing plan given a relatively strong synergy effect.
