Risun Group to set up coking JV in Indonesia

China Risun Group Limited announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Risun Investment entered into a joint venture agreement with New Tianjin Steel Group and Stefanie Development on June 30, 2021.
The three parties agreed to set up a joint venture called Detian Coking to build the 4.7 million-tonne-per-annum coking project at Qingshan Industrial Park in Sulawesi, Indonesia. Risun Investment will inject 59.52 million US dollars into the JV for acquiring a 24% equity interest.
