Orient Zirconia to invest in building high-purity ultra-fine zirconium silicate project of 60,000tpy

Orient Zirconia announced recently that it will invest self-owned funds of RMB200 million (USD30.98 million) in building a subsidiary called Shantou Dongli New Material Co., Ltd. and will let this subsidiary invest in building a 60,000tpy high-purity ultra-fine zirconium silicate project.
Orient Zirconia also noted that it will restart its Mindarie project of Murray Zircon Pty Ltd. in Australia. Murray Zircon's total resources that meet JORC (2012) Standard are 240 million tons with the average grade of 3.1%; its reserves of JORC Standard are 48 million tons with the average grade of 3.7%. There are still six mining belts for Murray Zircon to mine in accordance with its current mining rights.
