On March 25, 2021, the Indonesian Anti-Dumping Commission issued an announcement, making a final anti-dumping ruling on cold-rolled stainless steel products originating in China and Malaysia, ruling that the dumping margin of Chinese manufacturers/exporters was 39.3%~ 109.6%, and the dumping margins of Malaysian manufacturers/exporters are both 37.0%. The dumping of the involved products caused substantial damage to the Indonesian domestic industry. Therefore, it is recommended that the Indonesian Ministry of Finance impose a 5-year anti-dumping duty on the involved products (see below for details), and the measures will take effect from the tax levy announcement issued by the Ministry of Finance of Indonesia. The products involved in the case include cold-rolled stainless steel plates, steel coils, strips and other shapes of cold-rolled stainless steel products, involving Indonesian customs codes 7219.32.00, 7219.33.00, 7219.34.00, 7219.35.00, 7219.90.00, 7220.20.10 , 7220.20.90, 7220.90.10 and 7220.90.90 products. The dumping investigation period in this case is from March 31, 2018 to April 1, 2019, and the damage investigation period is from March 31, 2016 to April 1, 2017, and from March 31, 2017 to April 1, 2018. , March 31, 2018 ~ April 1, 2019.
