Jiangfeng sputtering target project expects completion by end of 2022

Located in Jinqiao Science and Technology Industry Base of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area, Jiangfeng sputtering target and sputtering equipment key parts industrialization project started construction recently. Working on earth excavation now, it will start piling next. The construction is expected to be completed before the end of 2022.
In future, the project will own a production line with an annual production capacity of 50,000 pieces of high-purity metal targets and parts used for semiconductor industry and flat panel display industry and finally achieve mass production and sales of ultra-high-purity aluminum, titanium, tantalum, copper, tungsten and molybdenum targets as well as equipment key parts.
