    On February 24, 2011, the General Administration of International Trade Practices of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Mexico made a final anti-dumping judgment on seamless steel pipes imported from China with a nominal outer diameter greater than or equal to 5 inches and less than or equal to 16 inches. When the import price of the products involved is less than USD1,772/mt, the duty is the difference between the import declaration price and the above-mentioned limit price, but the anti-dumping duty shall not be higher than 56% of the declaration price.
