Thermal load test of second stainless steel billet caster completes in Indonesia Delong Nickel

On January 8, the second five-machine five-strand billet continuous caster of Indonesia Delong Nickel Industrial Park Phase II stainless steel integrated smelting project (OSS company) was successfully tested under thermal load.
The Indonesian Delong Industrial Park project is located in Kendari, Southeast Sulawesi, Indonesia. It is an integrated project with an annual output of 3 million tons of ferronickel stainless steel invested and constructed by Jiangsu Delong Nickel Industry and Xiamen Xiangyu Group. The first phase of the project includes the construction of a smelter, a power plant, and a wharf. The second phase includes the construction of two five-machine five-strand billet continuous casters, a 1600 mm slab continuous caster and six AOD furnaces.
