Wuxi JYT signs monocrystalline silicon wafer supply contract

On January 7, Beijing JYT Corporation announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Wuxi JYT Technology Co., Ltd. signed the Framework Contract for Wafer Purchase with Tongwei Solar. Tongway Solar intends to purchase 960 million of monocrystalline silicon wafers from Wuxi JYT from January 2021 to December 2023. The total sales amount is expected to be about RMB5.26 billion (USD812 million), including tax.
Wuxi Rongneng Semiconductor Materials Co., Ltd., the holding subsidiary of Beijing JYT Corportaion, signed the Monocrystalline Silicon Ware Procurement Framework Contract with Jiangsu Runyang, and the latter plans to purchase 946 million of monocrystalline silicon wafers from Wuxi Rongneng from January 2021 to December 2023. The total sales amount is expected to be about RMB3.69 billion (USD570 million), including tax.
