Mexico makes first anti-dumping sunset review final ruling against Chinese steel plates

On December 4, 2020, the Mexican Ministry of Economy issued an announcement in the official gazette that it made the first anti-dumping sunset review final ruling on steel plates originating in China, and decided to cancel the 33.98% anti-dumping duty imposed on the products involved, which was effective from the day after the announcement. The TIGIE tax numbers of the products involved are 7208.51.01, 7208.51.02, 7208.51.03, 7208.52.01, 7225.40.01 and 7225.40.02.

The dumping investigation period in this case is from July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019, and the damage investigation period is from July 1, 2014 to June 30, 2019.
