Sunstone and Sichuan Yuheng to set up JV for carbon material project

Sunstone announced on October 11 that it has entered into a Letter of Intent with Sichuan Yuheng Industrial Co., Ltd. to set up a joint venture which will operate the project of carbon materials for aluminum with a production capacity of 350,000tpy. Sunstone plans to inject RMB216 million (USD32.16 million) in the JV, accounting for 60% of the planned registered capital.
