China's selenium powder import volume up by 27.9% MOM in Jul

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 31 Aug 20 - According to customs statistics, China's selenium powder import volume reached 148,484kg in July 2020, up by 27.9% MOM and up by 24.8% YOY. In the first seven months of 2020, China imported 795,378kg of selenium powder, down by 12.3% from the same period of last year.
According to the following graph, in July, China imported 46,167kg, 28,448kg, 21,060kg, 20,000kg, 12,000kg, 11,178kg, 9,504kg and 127kg of selenium powder from Canada, Japan, Peru, South Korea, Chile, Mexico, Russia and Germany respectively. In particular, the figures from Canada and Japan saw increases MOM while the figures from South Korea, Mexico, Russia and Germany suffered declines MOM.
