HBIS Group entered into a strategic cooperation framework agreement with Delong Group in Shijiazhuang on August 14.
Under the agreement, the two companies will establish a comprehensive strategic and cooperative partnership to carry out all-round and in-depth cooperation in multiple fields related to the iron and steel industry chain from a global perspective, in a bid to push forward with the optimization of resource allocation and to improve strategic collaboration. The two sides will also establish a benchmarking mechanism for iron and steel business and focus on procurement and sales, so as to advance coordinated development throughout the whole industry chain.
