HBIS launches internet-based industrial application demonstration project

On May 20, HBIS Group put into operation the first demonstration project of the HBIS-HUAWEI-Northeastern University Internet-based Intelligent Steel Manufacturing Innovation Center.
In December 2019, the three parties, HBIS Group, HUAWEI and Northeastern University jointly set up the center. Upon research and surveys, the center chose HBIS subsidiary Hansteel to implement its first demonstration project . According to the project plan, Hansteel will upgrade its steel production lines and supply chain administration, set up digitalized systems to fit in with its physical systems, and optimize data collecting, analyzing and judging process, so as to achieve a high integration of capital, physical and digital follows.
