On June 2, National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) released a consultation draft on Lead Battery Recycling and Utilization Management Interim Measures, which clarifies the development goal for lead battery recycling rate: to achieve a recycling rate of more than 70% by the end of 2025, and clarifies that recycling companies need to obtain corresponding qualifications.
