ChaoHua Tech to spend 30 million yuan in new subsidiary

ChaoHua Tech on March 16 announced its plans to spend 30 million yuan (4.29 million US dollars) to set up a wholly-owned subsidiary named Guangdong Chaohua New Material Technology Co., Ltd.
ChaoHua Tech said the move is to seize development opportunities in strategic emerging industries such as 5G communication and new energy vehicle, speed up industrial layout of advanced electronic materials and new materials, and to promote the implementation of its 20,000tpy high precision electronic copper foil project.
According to the company's announcement, the new subsidiary will be engaged in the production, processing and sales (including import and export) of copper foil, copper clad laminate, printed circuit board, electronic materials, electronic products and electronic components.
