Rusal's aluminum output totaled 938 kt in Q2 2019, up by 1.0% compared with previous quarter. Production from its smelter in Siberia accounted for 93% of the total. Rusal's aluminum sales volume for Q2 2019 was 1,082 kt, up by 20.8% from Q1 2019.
For Q2 2019, Rusal's alumina output of 1,918 kt was down by 0.7% compared with Q1 2019. Production from its Russian operation accounted for 36% of the total.
Rusal's bauxite output of 4,242 kt for Q2 2019 was up by 10.7% from the previous quarter.
