    Ansteel becomes the only supplier for hydropower used steel in Meizhou pumped-storage power plant project

    On July 1, depending on its strength in technical equipment and comprehensive service, Ansteel successfully signed contracts with China Southern Power Grid for Meizhou pumped-storage power plant project and became the only supplier for hydropower used steel of this project after project tracking, open bidding and technical exchange for several months.

    It is said that the steel plate that Ansteel will supply this time is mainly hydropower used steel in 600MPa level. All of the material supplied this time will be used in main parts such as penstocks in the power plant.
