On June 30, the inaugural meeting of the committee of Panjiang Coal Electricity Group Co., Ltd. was held in Guiyang.
In accordance with the Guizhou Provincial Committee and the Provincial Government's deployment of promoting the strategic restructuring of provincial state-owned enterprises, Guizhou's four state-owned coal mining enterprises formed Panjiang Coal Electricity Group in July 2018.

In July 2018, Guizhou Panjiang Coal Electricity Group Co., Ltd. was established with the approval of the provincial government.
