    Masteel and Tsinghua University establish iron-based new material joint research center

    On 25 June, School of Materials Science and Engineering of Tsinghua University and Masteel Group jointly launched the iron-based new material joint research center at the School.

    The joint research center would gather Masteel's demand for iron-based new materials in new vehicles, rail transit, energy, building and military areas and Tsinghua's technology advantage in new material research to promote enterprise-university cooperation and resolve key problems in production and application of Masteel by material genetic engineering method.
