  • BHP may withdraw thermal coal assets in the future

    Recently, BHP, an Australian miner, said that with stricter global regulation of carbon emissions and stronger voices to resist coal, the company said it might withdraw from thermal coal assets in the future.

    BHP indicated that it is planning to withdraw thermal coal operation gradually due to the uncertain future of the coal industry.
