Lomon Billions announced on December 25th that it signed a framework agreement with the people's government of Nanzhang County recently, planning to continue to expand investment in the construction of titanium dioxide industrial chain production equipment on the basis of S-P-Ti industry chain of circular economy which is developed by its wholly-owned subsidiary in Xiangyang.
Lomon Billions plans to invest 2 billion yuan in expanding titanium dioxide industrial chain project and production equipment on the basis of S-P-Ti industry chain of circular economy. In addition, it will build a set of production equipment of reduced ilmenite and synthetic rutile to realize comprehensive utilization of waste acid.
