Shaanxi Non-ferrous: Yulin Al-Mg alloy project passes inspection on construction quality

On the morning of December 18, Shaanxi Non-ferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd. (Shaanxi Non-ferrous) Vice General Manager Mr. Wang Tianxiong announced that the company's subsidiary Yulin New Material Group Co., Ltd. has passed inspection on construction quality of its 600,000tpy Al-Mg alloy project and the matching 5×330MW power generation facility as well as the 350,000tpy prebaked anode project.
As a move to optimize industrial structure and to develop recycling economy, in May 2014 Shaanxi Non-ferrous integrated its power generation, anode, aluminum, coal and railway transportation businesses into a new company, Yulin New Material Group Co., Ltd., which now has over 5,000 employees, has produced 26-billion-kilowatt-hour electricity, 1.45 million anode lumps and 3 million tons of aluminum ingot in total, and realized an operation revenue of RMB110 billion and a taxation of over RMB14 billion.
