According to preliminary estimation, this Cu-Au deposit has an intrinsic economic and inferred resource (333) of industrial grade copper ore grading 0 . 54% Cu on average and containing 660,000t of copper . The deposit also has Cu-Au symbiosis or associated ore grading 0.69g/t Au on average and containing 84t of gold . The discovery of the Cu-Au deposit is a major breakthrough in the prospecting under the Cretaceous overburden in the area along the Yangtze river in Anhui as well as the middle and lower reaches of Yangtze river in recent years.
