Wuhan Shunle Stainless Steel to relocate

Recently, Fujian Jinshenglan Group signed an agreement with Hanchuan municipal government on the relocation of Wuhan Shunle Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. to Hanchuan Economic Development Zone and construction of a new high-strength steel project with annual capacity of 2 million tons.
As agreed by both parties, Wuhan Shunle Stainless Steel Co., Ltd. will move to Hanchuan. With a total investment of RMB4.5 billion, the company will build two world-leading quantum arc furnaces of 100t, two LF-120t refining furnaces, two continuous casting machines of eight units and eight strands, one high-speed wire mill and two continuous bar rolling lines. The construction process will last for 24 months and the annual output value is expected to be RMB8.5-9.0 billion after the project is put into production with annual tax standing at about RMB400 million.
