On September 19, 2018, Jiangxi Baotai Group put its aluminum bar production line with annual capacity of 60,000t into operation.
According to the company, the production line is equipped with 50-ton double chamber aluminum bar smelting furnace which adopts the world's leading aluminum liquid stirring technology. This technology could effectively reduce melting loss and energy consumption. The furnace is of high flexibility and can produce two types of product, aluminum bar and aluminum ingot, according to actual orders. It can also adjust freely the product type so as to satisfy market demand.
