On the morning of September 12, Anhui's 4th environmental inspection team conducted environmental inspection review on Tongling Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd., (TNMG) emphasizing reviewing the implementation of environmental policies, rectification of noticeable environmental problems and duty fulfillment of ecological environmental protection. The team inspected in Wumushan milltailing warehouse, Shenhong Chemical and subsidiary Jinguan Copper and other places.
The leader of the team praised TNMG's environmental work and put forward three suggestions. First, companies should set high standards for new projects and meanwhile increase investment in old projects to ensure environmental management; second, companies should focus on prominent problems and check small problems and hidden danger; third, companies should not only do well in its environmental protection but also set a good example for other enterprises.
