Zhengping Group plans to acquire two rights of prospecting in Golmud

Zhengping Group announced on the evening of September 12th that it established a wholly-owned subsidiary Zhengping Mining with 150 million yuan and Zhengping Mining acquired two rights of prospecting in Golmud held by Qinghai Bureau of Environmental Geology Exploration by 128 million yuan.
With a total area of 10.01 square kilometers, the two rights of prospecting owns 15 minerals with Fe-Cu-Zn, Fe-Cu, Cu-Zn, and Fe-Zn accounting for a large proportion.
According to the company, the above two mining areas have considerable resource reserves and market prospects. This acquisition is conducive to exploring the mining investment business, adjusting and optimizing the company's main business structure, expanding the company's industrial scale and cultivating new profit growth points.
