Shanxi issues standard prices of mining rights transfer interest for first time

As the pilot province for national mining rights transfer reform, the Department of Land Resource of Shanxi province released the standard prices of mining rights transfer interest for the first time on May 28. The standard prices which were implemented from July 1, 2017 will be valid for three years.
The standard prices cover 52 kinds of minerals like coal, iron, bauxite, gold, copper. In particular, the standard prices for coal have six ranges according to the coal types with RMB7.2/t for coking coal, RMB6.2/t for anthracite, and RMB5.1/t for meager coal. The standard prices for iron ore are in the range of RMB3.3-11.4/t and those for bauxite fall into the range of RMB7.2-23.9/t.
