Yunnan Aluminium Yongxin Aluminum to set up a joint venture with Xiamen Xiashun Aluminum Foil

On December 29, 2017, Yunnan Aluminium announced that its holding subsidiary Yunnan Aluminium Yongxin Aluminum ("Yongxin Aluminum") will cooperate with Xiamen Xiashun Aluminum Foil Co., Ltd. ("Xiashun Aluminum Foil") to set up a joint venture, Yunnan Yongshun Aluminum Co., Ltd., to implement a 150,000tpy high-medium-end aluminum alloy project.
According to the cooperation agreement, registration capital of the joint venture will be RMB66.20 million, of which RMB33,762,000 and RMB32,438,000 will come from Yongxin Aluminum and Xiashun Aluminum Foil respectively, accounting for 51% and 49% of the total. The first tranche of investment will be RMB33.10 million and the rest will be paid in line with project implementation process.
