USA to levy penalty duties on Chinese origin steel products imported via Vietnam

According to the announcement from US Department of Commerce on Tuesday, it will levy anti-dumping and countervailing duties on Chinese origin steel products imported via Vietnam.
US Department of Commerce noted that steel products made in China are exported to USA via Vietnam in order to circumvent duties targeted at Chinese products by USA.
US Department of Commerce disclosed that it will levy 199.43% of anti-dumping duties and 39 . 05% of countervailing duties on corrisioin-resistant steel products which are made of Chinese base materials and imported via Vietnam . In addition, it will also levy 265 . 79% of anti-dumping duties and 265 . 44% of countervailing duties on cold-rolled steel products which are made of Chinese base materials and imported via Vietnam.
