China Second Metallurgy wins bidding for Phase I Fengzhen project of 1 million tons for ferroalloy

On August 25, China Second Metallurgy Group Corporation Limited won the bidding for the steel structure engineering and installation of No.4 workshop and No.5 workshop plant of the Phase I Fengzhen project of 1 million tons for ferroalloy from Jilin Ferroalloy Co., Ltd. and the bidding is opened by Angang Group.
The project is designed as a production base with total annual capacity of 3 million tons for manganese, chromium, silicon, nitrogen alloy and composite alloy and various ferroalloys. The construction area covers about 20,000 square meters with about 6,900t of steel structure and the construction mainly includes civil engineering of plants, steel structure manufacture, the installation and related work.
