Gansu Government issued Suggestions on Reducing Electricity cost of Companies recently, pointing out that they will stabilize the electricity price by adding charges based on the direct-purchasing power and try to make the charge for the primary aluminum, ferroalloy, calcium carbide and silicon carbide industries as RMB0.34-0.35/kwh. Besides, they will make effort to keep the prices lower than RMB0.33/kwh for overload electricity among key regions, industries and companies.
