The Ministry of Commerce of China announced on August 14 that, in accordance with the relevant laws, they decided to fully ban imports of coal, iron, iron ore, lead, lead ore, etc
In addition, the above measures do not apply to non North Korea origin coal transferred through Rason port in North Korea proved by exporters based on credible information, but those goods should be reported to the Council set up by the UN Security Council based on the No.1718 resolution and those Chinese exporters should complete customs clearance with document from Council.
This announcement comes into effect from August 15, 2017.
