China's alumina project in Vietnam goes into normal operation

Vinacomin reported recently that Nhan Co Alumina Project can go into normal operation after the load test.
Nhan Co plant, with annual output of 650,000tpy of alumina, was constructed by China in 2010 with an investment of VND12 trillion (USD527 million) and mainly produces aluminum hydroxide and alumina.
The other alumina project Lam Dong Tan Rai in Vietnam has achieved VND60 billion in H1 of 2017 with aluminum hydroxide and alumina sold to China, South Korea, Japan, Turkey, India and Thailand.
