India to lodge anti-dumping investigation on photovoltaic cell and components

According to news from Ministry of Commerce (MOFCOM) of People’s Republic of China, Bureau of Anti-dumping of India’s Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced on July 21st that Indian enterprises filed a petition to lodge an anti-dumping investigation on imported photovoltaic cell and components native to Mainland China, Taiwan China and Malaysia
. Director of Trade Remedy and Investigation Bureau of MOFCOM Wang Hejun commented that Chinese side wishes India to focus on the overall situation and hold a cautious attitude toward the case, as well as to carry out the investigation strictly in accordance with laws and regulations and avoid abuse of trade remedy measures.
