On June 28th, Tangshan Sunfar Silicon Industries Co.,Ltd. was successfully listed on the main-board-market of Shanghai Stock Exchange.
The company issued 37.5566 million of shares for this IPO, raising found of RMB362 million, which will be used to develop projects of potassium sulfate of 100,000tpy, high grade silicon tetrachloride refinement and trichlorosilane of 30,000tpy, silicon powder of 60,000tpy, etc.
According to sources, the company was established on October 20 of 2006 with registered capital of RMB102.61 million and total assets of RMB530 million, which is a private enterprise with major production of trichlorosilane, potassium hydroxide and silicon tetrachloride.
