According to announcement on the evening of June 15 from Nuode Investment Co., Ltd., the board of directors of the company has approved the bid to transfer the entire equity of the indirect wholly-owned subsidiary Beijing Shixin Tanse Investment Consultants Co., Ltd. to Shenzhen Deruisen Energy Technology Co., Ltd. at the price of RMB28.13 million. Nuode Investment will put more focus on the copper foil industry through this transfer.
