ILZSG: Global zinc market supply gap enlarges in April

According to data released by ILZSG on Wednesday, the supply shortage of zinc in the global market reached 92,400t in April 2017 while the figure was 72,700t in March.
The supply shortage of zinc was 112,000t in the global market in first 4 months of 2017, while the figure was 20,000t in the same period of last year.
Global zinc ore output rose to 4,269,000t in first 4 months of 2017, up by 7% YOY.
ILZSG noted that zinc stocks of consumers, producers and exchanges declined to 1,260,400t in April 2017 while the figure was 1,355,100t in March.
