AM Statistics: Chinese consumption for aluminum fluoride up by 1.34% MOM in September

BEIJING (Asian Metal) 12 Oct 16 - According to Asian Metal Database, China consumed around 47,100t of aluminum fluoride in September 2016, up by 1.34% MOM. From this March, the demand kept climbing up. In September, the growth speed slowed down.
Three provinces witnessed demand increase in the month. In September, the consumption in Guizhou, Shandong and Gansu rose by 7.1%, 4.5% and 3.9% to around 1,060t, 12,500t and 3,400t respectively. Shandong remained the biggest consumption province in September. In late September, aluminum fluoride price in Shandong jumped by around RMB400/t to RMB5,900-6,100/t DDP.
Based on the data, the sales volume of Chinese aluminum fluoride producers rose by 2.6% MOM to around 62,000t in September. The following graph shows that sales volume kept climbing up in Q3.
