    As reported before, CSRC has approved Billions’s acquisition of Lomon. Therefore, Billions, with current annual production capacity of 260,000 tons of titanium dioxide, including 60,000 tons of chloride process material, will own an annual production capacity of 560,000 tons, ranking the fourth largest titanium dioxide producer after Dupont, Huntsman and Cristal all over the world.
