Jiangxi government develops inspection of environmental protection for rare earth enterprises

According to Jiangxi Environmental Protection Bureau on April 25, Jiangxi starts to inspect the environmental protection of mining, selecting, smelting enterprises in rare earth industry in accordance with the requirement of the Ministry of Environmental Protection to promote the transformation of economic growth mode.
Accordingly, Jiangxi Environmental Protection Bureau will perform the initial inspection based on the self-review of the rare earth enterprises, conducting both document inspection and field inspection. The Ministry of Environmental Protection will review and randomly inspect these enterprises after Jiangxi Environmental Protection Bureau submits the documents and concludes the initial inspection.
