    China Northern Rare Earth lowers rare earth concentrate price for Q3

    China Northern Rare Earth has lowered the rare earth concentrate Ex-VAT price for Q3 2023 to RMB20,176/t (USD2,793/t) (dry, REO=50%), which will rise or drop by RMB403.52/t (USD55.86/t) with REO up or down per one percentage point.Asian Metal Copyright52t USD55.Asian Metal Copyright The company will renew the rare earth concentrate supply contract with Bao Gang United Steel and will execute orders in accordance with the new contract.

    According to previous announcements, the rare earth concentrate Ex-VAT price for Q2 and Q1 of the year was set at RMB31,030/t (USD4,296/t) and RMB35,313/t (USD4,888/t) respectively.
