Changyuan Technology's subsidiary to build 15,000tpy LFP production capacity

Changyuan Technology announced on February 17th that its holding subsidiary, Jiangxi King Lithium Technology Co., Ltd., plans to invest RMB300 million (USD43.69 million) in building a wholly-owned subsidiary, Nanchang King Lithium Technology Co., Ltd. in Xiaolan Economic Development Zone in Nanchang, Jiangxi to build 15,000tpy LFP production capacity.
The project is expected to have a total investment of RMB600 million (USD87.37 million), including RMB300 million (USD43.69 million) from a subordinate platform company under the Management Commission of Xiaolan Economic Development Zone, which will build plants and workshops and purchase producing equipment required for production on behalf of Nanchang King Lithium. Nanchang King Lithium will be transferred the assets of the project within five years after it goes into operation to get property rights of all land, houses and equipment.
