On February 2, Senior Technology announced that it planned to invest RMB10 billion (USD1.48 billion) (for fixed assets) in constructing a Li-battery battery diaphragm production base in Nanhai district, Foshan city, Guangdong province, consisting of 3.2-billion-m2 wet-process diaphragm, 1.6-billion-m2 dry-process diaphragm and 3.5-billion-m2 coating diaphragm projects.
